Kutie Kouture launched in June 2010 with a line of handmade one-of-a-kind hair and body accessories. Kutie Kouture is owned and operated out of Peoria, Arizona by me, Nina. This is a true stay at home, mother of four, at home business and all of the Kutie Kouture line are handcrafted by me, in my own home. The idea of Kutie Kouture was inspired by making these items for my own girls and family and friends encouragement to expand to the public.
