SHIPPING:

It is our goal to ship in a timely fashion. We ship daily Monday thru Friday, orders placed on weekends or holidays are shipped the next business day. Your Order will be received in 1 to 2 weeks. During the holiday season please allow for extra shipping time if are special ordering. Special orders may contain materials that I do not have at the time, so extra time is needed for those reasons. For rush orders

please make a note when you check out.  

We offer shipping by USPS. We cannot be responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package does not arrive, please contact USPS with your tracking information first.

RETURNS: 

We gladly accept returns within 7 days from the date of shipping, excluding sale items.  If merchandise is not received within 5 days, a 10% restocking fee will be assessed.

You may return unused items in their original condition for a refund.

Personalized items and used items cannot be accepted for refund or exchange.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

In your email Please Include: Note the reason for the return,

Your Return Information: Name, address, & Invoice number.

Pack and seal the return securely.  We are not responsible for lost items, so please insure If you feel nessessary. All packages must be prepaid.

Upon receipt of the merchandise, we will credit your account within 5 days.
